Samuel Kumalija Chagula

Beloved father, grandparent and dear friend to many Samuel Kumalija Chagula, died peacefully aged 63 on Monday 23rd December at 6:20am in the Royal Free Hospital, Hampstead, London UK.

Samuel touched many with his great sense of humour, charm, intelligence and an uncanny ability to brighten any room he walked into. As he often remarked, ‘Life is dynamic’ and it is perhaps this that sums him up best. Fondly remembered, never forgotten, Samuel was a ‘true man of the people’ and will be dearly missed by all that knew him.

Samuel is survived by his mother Asha, children Josephine, James, Gosbert, Henry, Diana, Caroline and grandchildren Dalvin, Denzil, Daniel and Dominic.
